The bottom 3 teams in professional divisions (A/B/C) are relegated; the top 3 teams in lower divisions are promoted.

Approximately 200 miles, with varied terrain and distances across multiple legs.
What are the divisions and categories?
Divisions A, B, and C are professional; Division D is an open pathway. Categories: Male, Female, and Coed.
How do I register for the league?
Registration is completed through the official mobile app for individuals or full teams.
Who can participate?
Elite runners, semi-pros, amateur runners, recreational runners, corporate teams, and college or high school teams.
